Hierachy Of Space

Like time, the more effectively space is used the more one can accomplish

There are certain types of fires that cannot be put out with more water because it causes the fuel to scatter, spreading the flames.  Material purchases are sometimes applied to a burning desire for fulfillment when in fact they only scatter our precious resources and put us further in debt.  Organizing priorities and conserving resources is one of the goals of Tiny House Villages.  Bundling the things that make us go with less packaging.

Planning Your Route

Taking the road less traveled doesn't mean you won't come to another crossroad. There will be roadblocks, perceived and real.  Take heart, courageous tiny house people before you have set the anchors for climbing out of normalcy and achieved mortgage free living, but not without a lot of introspection, hard work and creativity.  The book, "Coming Home: Letters From a Tiny House" by Hari Kaur Berzins,  tinyhousefamily.com, chronicles such a climb.

This is a "whatever is at hand becomes a hammer" movement. May you love the life you live.

Too Close For Comfort

This blog was started to help those interested in the tiny house movement find resources.  I am a designer/builder and blogging is not my thing.  So, to help those who may have found their way to this page I am providing links to sites that I have enjoyed and found useful, like this post at clotheslinetinyhomes.com ,dated June 17, 2015 by Carrie Cavalry titled, "Tiny houses: The next big thing, or too close for comfort".
